When I started this guide in 2020, it was inspired by my belief that our daily choices create the lives of our dreams but it felt like something was missing. I wasn’t acknowledging how societal pressures often compromises a mothers’ career aspirations and personal progression.
After much reflection I developed, “A Mom’s Guide to Freedom“- a beacon for mothers who seek to integrate personal happiness with their parenting journey. Here I share my personal journey of self-discovery and joy in motherhood, illustrating how achieving personal fulfilment can profoundly benefit both mothers and their children.
At the core of this blog is the belief that a mother’s well-being directly influences her family’s happiness. My philosophy is centered on the idea that when mothers nurture their own happiness, they create a supportive, loving environment that fosters their children’s emotional and psychological growth.
